    You have up to 15 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on www.weare-notfriends.com

    Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. Items will be checked upon arrival to validate their condition.

    • Underwear, swimwear and marked products are NOT returnable due to our strict hygiene policy.
    • Store Credit it is non-refundable.
    • Orders placed outside the European Union and the UK are final and not eligible for returns or size exchanges.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wearenotfriends products not purchased from www.weare-notfriends.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.

    CUSTOMER RETURN PROCEDURE:

    • Returns should include the Original Delivery Note/Packing Slip informing of order number and items delivered.
    • The customer is responsible for the correct labeling and packaging of the product being returned.
    • The customer is responsible for handing the package over to the carrier who will return it.
    • Should you like to exchange size, start a return and choose "Size Exchange" as the reason for the return 

    RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    • Returns must be shipped (At the Customer's Expense) via insured traceable mail following MBE Spain instructions. 
    • Return shipping costs might be higher than the original shipping costs. R
    • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
    • Customs and taxes will also be at Customer's Expense.
