INTERNATIONAL (GLOBAL-E) ORDER PROCESSING

We offer the following Shipping rates to the Europe:

Europe Orders will be subject to:

• Your order will be delivered by GLS/UPS/DHL. 
• If you have any questions about tracking number send an e-mail to [email protected]
• Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders.
• Your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or Shopify as the seller.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on the final checkout.

• The payment of stated fees out of EU are not included at checkout (Customs duties/taxes)
• All applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges are determined by your local government and vary by province.
• Once your order has been received, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• If for any reason you receive an email from DHL or your local customs agency asking for additional payment you should do it.
