RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 15 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on www.weare-notfriends.com
• Orders may be returned  (At the Customers Expense) via insured traceable mail.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our strict hygiene policy.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wearenotfriends products not purchased from www.weare-notfriends.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.)

CUSTOMER RETURN PROCEDURE: 

To start a return please go to https://returns.bigblue.co/we-are-not-friends  for instructions.

• Returns should include the Original Delivery Note/Packing slip (Or have the original order number from your Order Confirmation) if not, is possible that your return can't be completed for lack of information upon arrival at our warehouse.
• If you are going to return items from different orders, make a package for each order, do not stack them, otherwise it will not be possible to return one or more items on arrival at the warehouse

 If you live outside of Europe, please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable
