• You have up to 15 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on www.weare-notfriends.com
• Orders may be returned  (At the Customers Expense) via insured traceable mail.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our strict hygiene policy.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wearenotfriends products not purchased from www.weare-notfriends.com (Purchases from third-party retailers, Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.)

• Returns should include the Original Delivery Note/Packing slip (Or have the original order number from your Order Confirmation)
